Chinatown Syndrome

Definition of subject line: Similar in scope to its namesake, the China Syndrome, in its reference to a meltdown, albeit not of the nuclear variety. Instead the breakdown is one of self-control, most notably when an individual is enticed the heavenly aromas wafting through the open doors of a pastry shop in Toronto’s Chinatown.

By the way, the food was insanely scrumptious. In my opinion, the shop has transcended the traditional essence of baked goods to earn the right to proclaim that they are purveyors of baked greats.
