Olivia took up her little spot on her own sofa sectional and did something we’d never seen before – she crossed her legs – which she undoubtedly picked up from me or Beni. The imitative instincts of a two-year-old are constantly on display and are fascinating to observe. Such mimicries are also good reminders for parents about our roles as nurturers, teachers, and role models.
